The site currently consists of 5 buildings with more than 265,000 sf of state-of-the-art tech space, all built around a central amenity hub called "The Link" for tenants of the park.

The modern amenities center is a place where tenants can relax with colleagues and enjoy being outside of the office. The Link is decorated in a modern, upscale decor and contains a catering counter with various seating options to eat lunch, three comfortable sitting areas to unwind and decompress from everyday tasks, a fireplace, foosball and shuffle board tables to enjoy. The campus is uniquely situated in North Waterloo, between the quaint township of St. Jacobs and the dynamic University of Waterloo. Tenants are able to enjoy the restful charm of St. Jacobs Market, while being well connected to the facilities and talent pool of Waterloo's tech community. The site is visible from Highway 85 and provides for easy access to the major roads that connect the Kitchener/Waterloo area. Innovation Park is also serviced by the GRT bus from Conestoga, and is a quick walk from the upcoming Northfield LRT Station.
